The retreat's natural surroundings were outstanding and secluded, with a serene lake and mountains providing breathtaking views. the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and there was a safe area to park our bikes. Although, the bathroom was not very well-designed; the shower curtain didn't keep the water from going all over the floor, and the room was a bit dusty as if it had just been built.
The bathroom's design aspect left us disappointed and was not very practical, making the cleaning of our shower water difficult.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was nestled in the heart of nature and offered stunning views of the serene lake and the beautiful mountains surrounding it. the hotel provided a safe area to park our bikes and the staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. It was just what we were looking for during our city trip.
Although the location was perfect, when we arrived, the room wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. There was a fine film of dust covering the whole place and the shower curtain didn't prevent the water from going on the floor, leaving a constantly wet and slippery mess.

The location of our stay was ideal, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the nearby lake and mountains. the friendly staff provided us with a secure area to park our bikes, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. It was nice to enjoy the secluded peace and quiet without the city's noise.
Upon entering the room, we noticed a fine layer of dust and found the shower curtain to be ineffective in preventing water from soaking the floor. It was not a major inconvenience, but it would have been nicer to have a cleaner room.

We couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel was hidden away in nature, and the view of the lake and mountains was truly breathtaking. We had a secure parking area for our bikes, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Can't fault anything about it. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
